The people in my nation are granted the basic rights of humanity. They have freedom of speech but may not threaton and can make their own desicions. Everyone will be treated equally except the referals. They and the king will have rights that allow them to rule and make laws under the consent of the people. Majority will rule but minorities will not be forgotten. The referals will make up something fair and vote on it. They will make sure everyone likes the proposal first. Also no one will be deprived of their individual freedom. They will be able to make their own desicions and plans.

responsibilities of my nation
1. People in my nation will get to vote on things that they want even though there is a king.
2. If you do something really bad you get banished.
3. there will be a king to settle disputes and he decides what the punishment will be
4. to protect from outside enemies we will put up a wall and try not to get involved in other peoples conflicts
5. There will be a group of people that is like parliment below the king, called referals. These are the people that other normal people will look up to and follow their lead.

Powers
There will be a monarchy and democracy mix. There is a king but he can be overthrown by the Referals if the people want.
