The people in my nation are granted the basic rights of humanity. They have freedom of speech but may not threaton and can make their own desicions. Everyone will be treated equally except the referals. They and the king will have rights that allow them to rule and make laws under the consent of the people. Majority will rule but minorities will not be forgotten. The referals will make up something fair and vote on it. They will make sure everyone likes the proposal first. Also no one will be deprived of their individual freedom. They will be able to make their own desicions and plans.
