Constitution of Lucatamia
The Constitutional Monarchy of Lucatamia promises equal rights and opportunities for all its citizens. The government provides protection and comfort to its citizens. It will make sure no one shall go hungry or suffer. All will be taken care of no matter how poor or how sick. Every citizen is a special member of the community. The elderly will be taken care of along with the orphans. No one shall live a life of despair.
The referrals are elected every two years. They serve as the main form of government. They are elected by the people and vote on major decisions. There is one head of the referrals. He or she heads the weekly meetings and keeps the peace. He is voted upon by the people and the referrals. They will talk about war and let the people vote. They decide on all political decisions with of course the consent of the people.
All citizens are granted individual freedoms. They are granted the rights to make ones own life better. They freedoms include simple things like freedom of speech, press, petition, and religion. Any citizen may practice these things and not fear being punished by the government.
Immigrants are welcome into our counrty. They must be sworn in and promise to obey all laws. They also must promise to make a positive contribution to society and also not be a burden to the country.

Thou shall not kill
Thou shall not steal
Thou shall not smoke any substance including tobacco
You can’t work more than 20 hours a week
You must have a least one vacation every two months
You must have Mexican food once a month
Kids can only spend 20 hours a week in school
Teachers are not allowed to give homework
