The Land of the Blondes and Lucatamia have mutually come together to combine an alliance. They have warned anyone against fighting them. They agree to protect each other and fight together in wars.

If one of them breaks the agreement they must pay the other country 500,000 dollars. If the argument is still not settled the MicroUN will step in and deal with the conflict.

They agree to trade brotherly love for sisterly love. They are not truly having a trade but agree to be nice and help each other out. They also agree to only use nuclear weapons for military purposes and not hit civilian areas. Lastly their agreement says that they will limit the amount of nuclear weapons used by civilians. They will limit the amount on power plants. Drew and Deena have signed this agreement and promise to follow it.
Drew and Tera have made a trade agreement and promise to do the following, for every two cars and one computer Devious Island will trade them 300 gallons of gasoline, 350 gallons of diesel fuel or 500 cubic feet of natural gas. They have agreed to do this at the beginning of every month. Drew and Tera have signed and agree to keep doing this to the best of their ability.
